This is a go-to condiment in our household. It’s simple and every single ingredient (all two of them) is healthy. In times of recovery and needing extra nutrition, this is especially good to keep stock. This idea is so simple that it hardly demands a recipe, but it is such a nice little healthy addition to nearly any of your meals that I don’t want it to go without a mention. This condiment will keep for several days in your refrigerator. It’s great to whip up on a cooking day, enjoy it over the course of a few days, and then make another batch in a week or so. Use it to top meat dishes, salads, enchiladas, tacos, and just about every savory dish. It’s versatile and will help keep you healthy. Play with the proportions.
