If you read Fresh Bites Daily much at all you have probably noticed that we have a thing for vintage. Vintage Pyrex and Fire King hold a lot of salad and desserts in the photos on this website. Vintage Libbey glassware holds a lot of beverages. I source most of the items from thrift stores. Don’t we all need more excuses to go to thrift stores? 😉
Funny thing: Frederick (13) caught the bug. He looks for flatware and blue and green bottles. You can see from this video that he also looks for scarves.
If you like the look of clothing lined up across a clothesline, a vintage concept in itself, then why not take the idea to another level with a planned decoration? That’s what they have done here. We gathered our vintage scarves and pinned them outside between two trees. (We didn’t use any scarves that were too dear. I don’t think you’ll find a Vera out there.)
As for the outtakes at the end of the video, yes, these boys were in top form, and I am not even speaking from “opposite world” when I say that. 😉
