Peel the turmeric and ginger.
Slice the turmeric and ginger roots.
Place the turmeric and ginger slices in a pint-sized mason jar.
Pour the apple cider vinegar over the roots, adding more as necessary to cover the roots completely.
Cover with a plastic lid. (Metal will corrode.)
Give the jar a swish and place it in a cool, dark pantry for a few weeks to several months.
After mixture has infused, strain out the roots and retain the liquid as your turmeric apple cider vinegar.
