Apple Cider Vinegar Drink with Turmeric and Ginger

This is a simple apple cider vinegar infused with fresh turmeric and ginger root.

  • 2 inches turmeric root peeled
  • 2 inches ginger root peeled
  • 1 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar


  • Peel the turmeric and ginger.
  • Slice the turmeric and ginger roots.
  • Place the turmeric and ginger slices in a pint-sized mason jar.
  • Pour the apple cider vinegar over the roots, adding more as necessary to cover the roots completely.
  • Cover with a plastic lid. (Metal will corrode.)
  • Give the jar a swish and place it in a cool, dark pantry for a few weeks to several months.
  • After mixture has infused, strain out the roots and retain the liquid as your turmeric apple cider vinegar.
