Lavender Tea

This is a simple lavender tea to help soothe your soul.

Servings 2 cups


  • 3 cups hot water
  • 1 handful lemon balm, fresh
  • 2 tbsp lavender
  • 1 tbsp honey


  • Bring water to boil.
  • Pour boiling water over lemon balm and lavender.
  • Cover and let steep for about five minutes.
  • Strain.
  • Add honey to taste. Serve.
