Lavender Tea

This is a simple lavender tea to help soothe your soul.

Cook Time 5 mins
Total Time 6 mins
- 3 cups hot water
- 1 handful lemon balm, fresh
- 2 tbsp lavender
- 1 tbsp honey
Bring water to boil.
Pour boiling water over lemon balm and lavender.
Cover and let steep for about five minutes.
Strain.
Add honey to taste. Serve.
