This is a simple and delicious cherry salsa
Servings: 4 people
- 2/3 pound cherries sstemmed, pitted and cut in half
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 2 shallots minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Fresno chili seeded and minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Wash and drain the cherries.
Stem and pit the cherries. Cut them in half.
Juice the lime. Set aside.
Chop the cilantro.
Mince the shallots, garlic, and chili.
Toss ingredients together.
Adjust for salt and pepper.
