Cherry Salsa

This is a simple and delicious cherry salsa

Ingredients

  • 2/3 pound cherries sstemmed, pitted and cut in half
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 shallots minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Fresno chili seeded and minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and drain the cherries.
  • Stem and pit the cherries. Cut them in half.
  • Juice the lime. Set aside.
  • Chop the cilantro.
  • Mince the shallots, garlic, and chili.
  • Toss ingredients together.
  • Adjust for salt and pepper.
