Dandelion Vinegar
This dandelion vinegar is one of the best gourmet vinegars we have ever tasted. This dandelion recipe is exceptional and is easy to make.

- 1 cup dandelion flowers
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
Clean and dry dandelions.
Place dandelions in pint-sized small mason jar.
Cover with apple cider vinegar.
Cover with tight-fitting plastic lid.
Shake.
Store in pantry for at least two weeks, shaking occasionally.
Strain out dandelions (use as pickles). Retain vinegar.
